Get support for sporting demands, training, recovery and the physical demands of work and life.
Enjoy a safe, welcoming space where you can discuss your concerns openly.
How we can help
Every appointment begins with a conversation and assessment, so recommendations reflect your presentation, comfort and goals.
Chiropractic care focuses on the relationship between the spine, joints, movement and nervous system. It may help support mobility, function and the management of common back and neck concerns. Your care begins with an assessment and a clear explanation of the options available to you.
Book an appointmentWhether you train regularly, play socially or simply want to keep moving, sports chiropractic care can help you manage the physical demands of an active lifestyle. Care is tailored to your activity, goals and current needs.
Book an appointmentRemedial massage may help relieve muscular tension, support flexibility, improve circulation and assist recovery. It is suitable for people managing everyday stress, physical work, training loads or soft-tissue discomfort.

Chiropractic care is not risk-free and suitability differs from person to person. Your practitioner will take a history, assess your needs and discuss expected benefits, possible risks and alternatives before care begins.
An adjustment uses a controlled movement or force to a joint. There are different techniques, including lower-force options, and your practitioner will explain what is proposed and seek your consent first.
Suitability depends on the individual, their health history and current needs. The practitioner will assess each person and adapt care where appropriate, or recommend another provider when chiropractic care is not suitable.
No GP referral is generally required to book a private chiropractic appointment. Some third-party funding or care arrangements may have their own requirements, so please check when booking.
There is no standard timeframe. It depends on your presentation, goals and response to care. Your practitioner will explain a suitable plan and review progress with you.
Experiences vary. Some people notice brief discomfort or temporary soreness, while others do not. Tell your practitioner how you feel so care can be adjusted to your comfort.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Bring relevant scans, reports, medication details and any WorkCover or TAC information that may help your practitioner understand your situation.
Both professions may support musculoskeletal concerns, but their assessment methods, techniques and emphasis can differ. The right option depends on your needs; your practitioner can explain their approach and refer when appropriate.
